Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a strategic communications role.
• Post-secondary education in Communications or Public Relations.
• Excellent writing and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver communication plans and strategies aligned with priorities.
• Create and coordinate content for newsletters, updates, presentations, key messages, speaking notes, website content, social media, and other materials.
• Support employee engagement and internal communication initiatives with timely, clear information.
• Provide communications support for change management and organizational projects.
• Build strong internal relationships to gather information and provide strategic communications advice.
• Monitor regional and national media and provide support as needed.
• Coordinate employee meetings, leadership communications, town halls, and engagement activities.
• Ensure communications are aligned with brand, values, and culture.
• Track, measure, and report on communications outcomes for continuous improvement.
