Responsibilities

• Contribute to developing and maintaining relationships with strategic Group Retirement Savings clients.
• Promote solutions and services aligned with business objectives.
• Analyze client needs and design customized solutions for strategic clients.
• Manage complex initiatives requiring deep expertise in the field.
• Collect and analyze data, write reports, and provide recommendations.
• Deliver presentations to promote plans to pension committees and at client meetings.
• Oversee complex plan implementations and coordinate internal/external resources.
• Support the sales team in finalist meetings with intermediaries.
