Qualifications

• Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
• Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• May require certification; advanced degree may offset less experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages key product categories in a portfolio under $20M in revenue.
• Serves as business liaison to customers, management, and project affiliates.
• Drives category program development using toll gate processes with cross-functional teams.
• Oversees category product mix, analytics (GMROI, Turns, Margins), and visual merchandising.
• Develops and executes merchandising strategy using key business drivers.
• Ensures systems support distribution and service ordering needs.
• Leads a group or team of professionals and may supervise support staff.
