Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in engineering or related discipline is required.
• 5+ years of purchasing/procurement experience in manufacturing.
• Experience managing supplier relationships and sourcing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement activities to support operations and business objectives.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery, quality and service with suppliers to build long-term partnerships.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive supply chain efficiencies.
• Assess supplier capabilities, performance, and market competitiveness.
• Monitor market trends and manage supply risks proactively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across operations, engineering, production, finance and quality.
