Three Seasons Landscapes in Ontario is seeking a Commercial & Municipal Projects Estimator to help identify, assess and bid on project opportunities. You’ll build thorough, competitive bids and ensure smooth handoffs to project management after award.

The ideal candidate understands construction materials and methods, communicates clearly, and takes initiative when answers aren’t readily available. Familiarity with Excel, Word, and MS Project is expected.

Qualifications

• Reads the fine print and catches details that impact bids.
• Keeps multiple tenders, deadlines, walkthroughs and follow-ups moving.
• Communicates clearly and efficiently without overcomplication.

Responsibilities

• Identify suitable commercial and municipal projects worth bidding.
• Build accurate, competitive bids and task delivery to secure work.
• Ensure awarded work is handed off smoothly to project management.
