You will act as the bridge between business and IT, guiding portfolios including Co-Star, legacy systems, and ecommerce improvements while aligning with business objectives and delivering a seamless customer and dealer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, CS, or related field.
• Experience managing 6-7 concurrent technology workstreams.
• Proven track record delivering business-led technology and digital product initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership.
• Ability to establish structure, governance, and prioritization in complex environments.
• Credibility with both business and technology teams.
• Collaborative, customer-focused leadership with transformation and execution.
• Experience in automotive retail, automotive aftermarket, service operations, fleet services, or related industries is a strong asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic direction, governance, and execution of Automotive Data & Systems initiatives.
• Own and oversee the Co-Star shop management platform and related automotive tech systems.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions and delivery plans.
• Manage multiple concurrent technology, data, and digital initiatives with alignment and accountability.
• Drive transformation initiatives supporting ecommerce growth, search modernization, fitment/cataloguing, and digital product innovation.
• Evolve the automotive customer journey with online appointment booking, digital service intake, and digital checkout.
