Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join Young Innovations. This role involves building strong relationships with key clients and partners, managing a portfolio of high-value dental accounts, driving growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through tailored solutions and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key distributor partners, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Act as the main contact for high-priority accounts, addressing needs and concerns effectively.
  2. Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop customized strategies to drive sales, identify growth opportunities, and enhance account performance. Collaborate with distributors to align products and services with their needs.
  3. Sales Growth & Retention: Expand business with existing clients through upselling, cross-selling, and new product introductions. Maximize client value and satisfaction.
  4. Client Consultation & Education: Serve as a trusted advisor to dental practices and clinics, providing expert guidance on products, trends, and industry best practices.
  5. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work with sales, marketing, customer service, and product development teams to meet client needs. Coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and training.
  6. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and report on sales and strategic objectives. Use data to improve and recommend solutions.
  7. Contract Negotiation & Renewals: Manage negotiations and renewals for strategic accounts, ensuring favorable terms.
  8. Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market demands to provide optimal solutions to clients.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in strategic account management, business development, or related roles within dental or healthcare industries.
  • Strong knowledge of dental products, services, and technologies, with the ability to advise clients effectively.
  • Success in managing high-value accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to influence and build trust with senior clients.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proactive client issue resolution.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
