As a Strategic Account Executive, you will generate sales with new and existing clients. You will be part of the “Promote” Broker Sales Team, focusing on products such as Real Estate CRM, Real Estate Websites, HomeSpotter (Boost, Spacio, Connect), Cloud CMA, and more. The ideal candidate is driven to exceed sales quotas and build strong relationships with major real estate brands and stakeholders. Skills & Requirements

EDUCATION : Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.

EXPERIENCE : Minimum of four (4) years in software sales or a relevant real estate role.

KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS / ABILITIES :

  • Develop opportunities through discovery, demonstrating value, and closing deals.
  • Manage sales activities including calls, web meetings, and emails to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Maintain an inquisitive mindset and learn through questioning.
  • Research, develop, and deliver detailed remote product demonstrations.
  • Communicate activity regularly and provide feedback on performance and challenges.
  • Participate in coaching to improve skills.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within the sales team.
  • Proficient with CRMs and computer skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills.
  • Demonstrate product value in virtual and in-person settings.
  • Confidently communicate with executives to introduce, demonstrate, and address pain points in real estate companies.
