Globalia is Looking for a Digital Strategist – HubSpot Implementation to support the growth of its CRM & Inbound Marketing department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist clients in successfully implementing HubSpot within their organization;
  • Advise clients on optimizing their use of HubSpot to drive growth and improve Inbound performance;
  • Identify strategies to generate visitors, leads, and customers;
  • Develop a plan to achieve a company’s business objectives;
  • Integrate Inbound Marketing and Inbound Sales into clients' digital strategies to attract visitors, convert them into prospects, turn them into customers, and foster loyalty;
  • Propose integrated sales and marketing solutions involving websites, social media, content, lead generation, marketing automation, and a CRM—all within the HubSpot ecosystem;
  • Manage client relationships and ensure their satisfaction;
  • Help clients develop their buyer personas and map out the buyer’s journey;
  • Work on multiple accounts simultaneously.

PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field;
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage urgent tasks;
  • Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Excellent communicator with great attention to detail and rigor;
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, fluent in French and English (both written and spoken

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • 5 years of experience in marketing / web strategy;
  • Inbound and Google Analytics certifications;
  • Familiarity with Inbound and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.). HubSpot expertise is a major asset ;
  • Experience working with B2B clients.
  • This requirement is necessary since this role involves regular interaction with clients in English-speaking Canada and the United States, both orally and in writing.
