Position: Licensed Strata Manager

As a licensed Strata Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with strata council clients, overseeing daily operations, maintenance, administrative, and financial management for properties in your portfolio. Your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  1. Managing a portfolio of residential strata complexes.
  2. Prioritizing and executing business and projects generated by the portfolio promptly.
  3. Managing projects, emergencies, contracts, and contractors efficiently.
  4. Creating meeting agendas, conducting meetings (including some evening meetings), and following up with accurate minutes.
  5. Handling financial matters such as budgeting, expense analysis, and invoice review and coding.
Minimum Requirements:
  • A valid Strata Property Management License, or working towards obtaining one.
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and proactive approach with a focus on delivering exceptional client service.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage client expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of financial and budget reviews, and insurance policies related to strata corporations.
