Job Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and hoists.
• Set up and operate equipment following all safety guidelines.
• Utilize work orders and QC packets to complete work accurately.
• Read, interpret, and utilize blueprints.
• Make necessary machine adjustments to ensure continuous production of quality parts.
• Inspect parts for straightness and straighten warped parts to print specifications.
• Ensure quality checks are completed before sending parts to the next operation.
• Verify work using measurement tools such as tape measure, straight edge, caliper, and micrometer.
• Maintain tight tolerances as specified by engineering and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, production personnel, and supervisors to resolve issues.
• Support the quality system and procedures to promote continuous improvement.
• Additional duties: assemble components and prepare for shipping.

Job Requirements:

This is an intermediate level position with on-site training. Candidates should have strong attention to detail, motivation, and excellent attendance. The ability to follow detailed instructions, communicate effectively, and work cooperatively with line managers and colleagues is essential.
