Job Description

The Straight Truck / Warehouse Team Member safely unloads products and provides exceptional customer service to Domino’s Pizza store locations. All team members are expected to follow safety rules, policies, and procedures, working safely at all times.

SCHEDULE : Afternoon/evening shift 2pm-midnight on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday when driving.

7:00am-3:30pm when working in the warehouse.

PAY : $24.50/hr

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

65%) Deliver and Unload Product

• Safely deliver and pick up products, including shunting and switching with remote drivers.
• Assist with store deliveries, verifying dough, store cooler, and trailer temperatures at each stop for accuracy.
• Pick up damaged or unsold products; empty tray containers and deliver to Supply Chain Center.
• Safely reposition and secure remaining products/tray containers in trailers after each delivery.
• Occasionally collect non-cash CODs from customers.
• Listen to and resolve customer service complaints promptly.

25%) Complete Necessary Paperwork

• Verify and secure load before dispatch.
• Ensure required safety equipment is available before dispatch.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip safety vehicle inspections at each stop.
• Verify driving logs and comply with federal and provincial regulations.
• Be accountable for the vehicle and product.

10%) Work in Warehouse

• Receive incoming shipments, compare with vendor inventory sheets or purchase orders for accuracy.
• Stamp product casing with delivery receipt date.
• Report discrepancies to Warehouse Team Leader.
• Unload products from bales, crates, and containers.
• Use FIFO procedures for stock rotation.
• Remove trays and return products from trucks.
• Clean cargo areas to ensure sanitary storage.
• Pre-cool cargo areas to company specifications before loading.
• Verify load accuracy and assist with pre-departure checks.
• Load trucks according to company specifications, securing loads properly.
• Maintain a safe work environment through housekeeping and sanitation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 23 years old.
• Valid Class 3 Commercial Driver’s License or working towards it.
• Ability to lift up to 40 KGS, perform heavy pushing/pulling, and work in refrigerated conditions (2–5°C).
