Job summary

Sphere Animation is seeking an experienced Storyboard Artist to translate scripts into 2D visual sequences and collaborate with the Director on staging, camera angles, and movement. The role focuses on maintaining consistent quality and style across the storyboard throughout production.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of storyboarding experience, proficiency in Toon Boom Storyboard Pro, and strong communication and time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Must be a resident of Ontario.
• Proficiency in Toon Boom Storyboard Pro.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in storyboarding.
• Experience on adult comedy series or feature films preferred.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, staging, camera angles and movement.
• Strong communication, collaboration and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Translate the script into 2D visual sequences.

• Clean up and revise drawn panels as directed by the Storyboard Supervisor.
