Job summary

Irving Paper, Limited is seeking a Stores Team Leader to support warehouse, inventory, and maintenance activities for our operation. You will coordinate the storage, movement, retrieval and management of parts, ensuring the department is safe, organized and efficient.

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day coordination, support maintenance, manage obsolete and capital project inventory, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: Technology or Trade diploma, Red Seal Journeyperson certification, or equivalent maintenance or material handling related education and experience.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong Leadership competencies including communication skills.

Job description

We are seeking a StoresTeam Leader to support warehouse, inventory, and maintenance activities for Irving Paper, Limited. This role is responsible for coordinating the storage, movement, retrieval, and management of parts, while ensuring the department is safe, organized, and efficient.

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day coordination, support maintenance activities, manage obsolete and capital project inventory, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, hands‑on warehouse experience, proficiency with various mobile equipment and our E1 CMMS. Candidate must also be able to participate in our rotating after‑hours 24/7 on‑call schedule.

• Experience managing bills of materials, inventory data, and spare parts programs.
