Our employees have the opportunity to work on a variety of different aircraft performing a wide array of tasks.What YOU will do:Administer the assignments of aircraft parts, tools and maintenance equipment and validate all certifications and documentation to match received partsSupport inventory activities including maintaining records within the inventory maintenance systemMaintain an organized, clean and safe storeroom working environmentCollaborate with team members across Maintenance to support their ability to access the right parts, tools and equipment in a timely mannerPick-up, deliver and ship parts as requiredContribute to continuous improvements in processes to meet and exceed service expectations and create efficienciesWhat you bring:Minimum high school diploma, post-secondary education preferredTwo years’ experience working in a store’s room, inventory, warehousing, shipping or receivingValid G class driver’s license and clear Driving Record with the ability to travel within the Greater Toronto Area using the company vehicleAbility to attain security clearance for airport environmentMust be able to lift up to 75 PoundsProficiency with Microsoft Office such as Outlook, Excel, and WordAbility to work both independently and as a collaborative team-playerResults-oriented with strong attention to detailExcellent organizational and time-management skillsEffective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skillsStrong customer orientation largely with internal stakeholders with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departmentsHours of work:Rotational shifts from 6 am to 6 pm on 554-rotation modelWe will consider an equivalent combination of education and experience.Join us and let's shape the future of aviation together!Internal, qualified employees are invited to apply through the internal ADP HR Portal.
