Job Description

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming deliveries of materials and supplies
  • Organizing and storing inventory in designated warehouse areas using proper labeling and categorization
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records using manual logs and/or warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment based on sales or distribution schedules
  • Monitoring stock levels and notifying supervisors of low inventory or potential shortages
  • Performing regular physical inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies
  • Ensuring cleanliness, order, and safety standards are maintained in the warehouse at all times
  • Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or dollies as needed (training provided if necessary)
  • Collaborating with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to coordinate supply chain activities
  • Assisting with periodic audits and inventory reporting
Qualifications

To Join Our Team:

  • You have experience in a warehouse, inventory, or supply chain environment (preferred)
  • You have good knowledge of inventory software and basic computer skills
  • You have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • You are capable of lifting and moving heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and standing for long periods
  • You hold a forklift certification (an asset)
  • You have good communication and teamwork skills
