What You’ll Do

You’ll be responsible for the storage, handling, and distribution of aerospace materials and components with a strong focus on accuracy and reliability. You’ll assist the shipping and receiving department ensuring smooth operation and maintaining compliance with strict aerospace standards. Your attention to detail will help uphold the highest levels of quality and safety. In this critical role, your precision and dependability will directly support our operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, report discrepancies and damages.
• Store materials systematically, ensuring safety, traceability, and compliance with quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory in the ERP system, assist with cycle counts, and reconcile stock variances.
• Prepare and package outgoing materials per aerospace standards, coordinate carrier pickups and shipping docs.
• Operate forklifts and other handling equipment safely; support production by delivering required materials.
• Handle hazardous materials per protocols; collaborate with QA on non-conformities and audits.
• Maintain detailed transaction records and assist with inventory, shipping, and usage reporting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and perform other duties as assigned
  
  

What You Bring (Qualifications/Skills)

• DEP, DES, or AEC
• 1–3 years of experience in a storekeeper or shipping/receiving role, preferably within the aerospace industry (an asset)
• Bilingual (French and English*), spoken and written
• Comfortable using computers and ERP systems
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
• Able to work independently and take initiative
• The position requires a very good knowledge of English, both oral and written. The position involves reading and understanding technical documents in English on a daily basis, especially from international companies, as well as regular communication with customers, suppliers and other international stakeholders.
