WAREHOUSE DRIVER

REPORTS TO: Store and Warehouse Management

SUMMARY: Shares responsibility for warehouse operations, including receiving and processing products, replenishing the store floor, controlling expenses and shortages, and assisting with recruiting and training warehouse associates. Delivers products to and from stores promptly.

Overall Responsibilities

• Deliver products to and from stores in a timely manner.
• Transport from warehouse to retail store as designated driver.
• Maintain security and safety awareness (no cell phone use while driving, seat belts on, follow traffic laws).
• Develop good communication and relationships with store management.

PERSONNEL

• Demonstrate professional conduct and appearance.
• Follow warehouse dress code.
• Work as part of a team to meet warehouse goals.
• Be flexible with rotating hours as needed.
• Communicate concerns to management.
• Support company and management decisions.

OPERATIONS

• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Participate in Inventory Shrinkage Improvement Program.
• Maintain productivity in shipment processing, inventory counting, and price changes.
• Follow directions and complete assigned tasks.
• Stand for long periods.
• Follow traffic guidelines.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and upkeep.
• Hold a valid Driver’s License.
• Have current ITS on file.
• Support and lift a minimum of 40 pounds, load and unload trucks.
• Comply with DOT regulations and physicals as required.

Pay Range: $19-$23.50
