Job summary

Loblaw Companies Limited’s Zehrs store is hiring Store Team Members to create a positive in-store experience by stocking shelves, assisting customers, and maintaining displays. Training is provided, so no prior experience is required.

Flexible hours including days, evenings and weekends, plus the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, are included in this unionized role. Starting pay ranges from $17.60 to $18.45 per hour, reflecting union wages and alignment with the applicable collective bargaining

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering.
• Setup company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
