Job summary

Loblaw Companies Limited, through Zehrs in Canada, seeks Store Team Members to deliver a positive in-store experience by keeping shelves stocked, assisting customers, and upholding health and safety standards.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. You’ll work flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends, and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. This is a unionized position with a starting pay range.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Flexible to work a variety of hours including days, evenings and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stay in constant mobility during shifts.
• Candidates 18+ will undergo a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by keeping shelves stocked and responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and assist with inventory needs and ordering.
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and uphold health and safety standards.
