Job summary

No Frills is hiring Store Team Members to deliver a positive in-store shopping experience. You’ll help ensure shelves are stocked and products meet customer needs, engaging with customers through friendly conversations and product knowledge.

No prior experience is required as training is provided. You should be flexible to work various shifts, lift up to 50lbs, and stay mobile during your shift while supporting promotions and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Flexible to work a variety of hours including days, evenings and weekends.
• Able to move up to 50lbs and stay mobile throughout a shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by stocking shelves and assisting customers.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and assist with inventory needs and ordering.
• Set up company-directed promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and uphold health and safety standards.
