Job summary

No Frills is seeking Store Team Members to deliver a positive in-store shopping experience. You will help keep shelves stocked, assist customers, and participate in promotions while following health and safety standards.

No prior retail experience is required as training is provided. Flexible hours may include days, evenings, and weekends, and the role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay mobile throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service by stocking shelves and responding to customer needs.
• Maintain and stock product displays and shelves to meet company standards.
• Ensure accurate product scanning and assist with inventory needs and ordering.
• Setup company promotions and programs.
• Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards.
