With over 50 retail stores across Canada, Urban Barn is a national retail chain offering high-quality furniture and home décor. We're currently looking for a passionate individual to join our team as a Store Supervisor . As a key member of the leadership team , you will collaborate with the Manager and Assistant Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Our new store is set to open in early August, and the position requires availability for training starting in mid-July. We’re looking for candidates who can work a variety of shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

What You Will Do :

  • Assist customers in making décor decisions that inspire them
  • Lead and support daily store operations, including opening and closing routines.
  • Train, coach, and motivate team members to achieve their best
  • Support stock management and merchandising tasks to keep the store organized and inviting
  • Help drive the store sales through strong leadership and operational excellence
  • Maintain high standards of visual presentation and store cleanliness.
  • Contribute to inventory control and help minimize shrink

What you Bring :

  • At least 2 years of Retail sales and customer service leadership experience
  • Experience with achieving sales targets
  • Commitment to a flexible schedule (Open to daytime, evening, and weekend shifts)
  • The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg
