Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Store Manager to lead our Victoria store. This is more than a retail position—it’s an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, offer personalized guidance, and represent a brand that prioritizes integrity, wellness, and sustainability.

The ideal candidate will be warm, professional, and highly organized, with a strong background in retail environments. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the store, co-ordinating stock with our Operations Team, leading a small but dedicated team, and delivering a customer experience that reflects the high standards of our products and values.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a small team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Ensure a welcoming, calm, and informative retail environment
• Maintain visual merchandising standards that reflect the premium quality of our brand
• Educate customers on the benefits of organic and natural sleep products
• Oversee inventory, ordering, scheduling, and store operations
• Meet or exceed sales goals through personalized service and product knowledge
• Build long-term relationships with customers and community partners
• Represent the values and mission of Resthouse with professionalism and care

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a retail leadership role, preferably in an upscale or wellness-focused setting
• Passion for natural living, sustainability, and wellness
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with POS systems and retail operations software
• A proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in a collaborative environment
• Availability to work weekends and some holidays as needed
