Store Sales Associate - Day Shift - Part Time

Position Details

This is a part-time day shift position with scheduled hours that may vary based on store needs. Weekend work is required. Store hours are as follows:

• Monday – Friday, 7 AM to 6 PM
• Saturday, 8 AM to 4 PM
• Sunday, 10 AM to 4 PM

About the Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will greet and assist customers, build relationships, and help with paint and supply needs. Key responsibilities include:

• Advising and serving customers, assessing needs, and proposing solutions.
• Suggesting additional products like brushes and rollers.
• Ensuring the store environment is safe, clean, and well-stocked.
• Handling store products safely, including lifting and moving items.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and overtime.
• Proficiency with computers and internet applications.
• Physical ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds regularly.
