We are currently hiring for a Part-Time Retail Store Sales Associate at our Markham location for the day shift. Store hours are:

Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Please note: Weekend availability is essential, and Sunday availability is required.

What We’re Looking For

We are mainly seeking a high-energy individual who is enthusiastic about helping customers and growing within our team.

• Sales and customer service experience is required.

• Chinese fluency (Mandarin or Cantonese) is highly preferred, as it will be a great asset in helping us better serve and connect with the Chinese community in Markham.

• A flexible schedule including weekends and some weekdays is necessary.

What You'll Do

As a key part of our team, you’ll be the reason our customers keep coming back! Reporting to the Store Manager, you will:

• Greet and assist customers with paint and supply needs

• Assess customer needs and propose tailored solutions

• Match and tint paint to customer specifications

• Recommend additional products such as brushes, rollers, and accessories

• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail environment

• Safely lift and move product as needed

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays, Sundays, and some overtime

• Prior sales or customer service experience (required)

• Computer and internet proficiency

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 80 lbs occasionally

• Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is a strong asset
