This position is for the day shift, with store hours typically between Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and closed on Sunday.

About the role: Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be the reason our customers come back! You will build important relationships with contractors and customers daily, greeting and assisting them with their paint and supply needs.

Main Responsibilities

• Advise and serve customers, assessing needs, proposing solutions, and dyeing/matching paint products.
• Recommend additional products like brushes and rollers.
• Maintain a safe retail environment, ensuring the store is clean and well-stocked.
• Lift, move, and stock store products following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and overtime.
• Proficiency with computer and internet applications.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 50 pounds regularly, and perform physical activities like stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
