Winners Merchants International, L.P. is seeking a Store Manager for our Orangeville, ON location. You will lead a high-energy team to deliver memorable customer experiences while driving sales and efficient store operations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage store operations to boost sales, control expenses, minimize shrink and damages, including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving.
• Recruit, train, and develop Associates, ensuring they are supported and motivated; mentor and contribute to succession planning.
• Communicate and implement TJX Canada programs, procedures, and policies to minimize risk and expenses; review reports, conduct audits, and hold meetings with Associates.
• Suggest recommendations to District Manager and Business Development on merchandise mix, inventory levels, and customer demographics.

What You’ll Do

• Manage store operations to boost sales, control expenses, minimize shrink and damages, including merchandise presentation, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving.
• Recruit, train, and develop Associates, ensuring they are supported and motivated. Act as a role model and provide input on succession planning and development plans.
• Communicate and implement TJX Canada programs, procedures, and policies to minimize risk and expenses. Review store reports, conduct walkthroughs, audits, and hold program meetings with Associates. Develop and communicate action plans for store initiatives, identifying projects, targets, and priorities.
• Suggest recommendations to the District Manager and Business Development teams on merchandise mix, inventory levels, and customer demographics. Provide insights on competition analysis, including pricing, presentation, and customer service.

About You

• Minimum of 5 years of retail leadership in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Proven management and team leadership skills, focused on collaboration and problem-solving.
• Strong ability to lead and empower diverse teams, making effective decisions.
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills, adept at mentoring and providing feedback.
• Comprehensive knowledge of store operations, including customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.

Salary Range: CAD $ 67,980.00-$95,172.00 /year *This represents the expected hiring range and may not represent the full pay range for the position. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
