Job Description

As a Store Manager, reporting to the District Manager, you will lead an inclusive store environment that fosters diverse customer connections. Your responsibilities include directing and motivating the team to meet store objectives such as sales, profit, recruiting, performance management, training, and development. Adaptability to various situations, challenges, and work schedules is essential for success.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

  • Achieve company sales and KPI goals
  • Manage store operations, including policies, procedures, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling
  • Recruit, develop, and train sales and customer-focused talent
  • Set the example for excellent customer experience to foster loyalty
  • Implement merchandise strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store environment
  • Maintain open communication with the District Manager
Qualifications

What you bring:

  • At least 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-focused retail environment
  • Proven success in leading teams to achieve sales targets
  • High School diploma or GED; post-secondary education is an asset
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
