Showcase is seeking a Store Manager to awaken and foster entrepreneurial spirit, leading a team to grow top-line sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences in-store. Reporting to the District Manager, you will recruit, coach, and motivate staff while maintaining energetic, product‑savvy leadership.

• A minimum of two years’ manager experience in a retail environment

• Effective coach who has the ability to inspire top performers
• Superior time management and organizational skills
