Showcase in Calgary is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic retail team and drive top-line sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Reporting to the District Manager, you will recruit, coach and motivate staff, ensure standards, and keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

As a key leader, you will foster a fun, interactive store atmosphere with product knowledge and hands-on demos, while managing schedules and ensuring goals are met.

Formación

• Minimum of two years’ manager experience in a retail environment.
• High level of customer focus with clear and engaging communication skills.
• Effective coach who can inspire top performers.
• Superior time management and organizational skills.
• Flexible availability – days, nights, weekends, holidays.
• Demonstration experience an asset.
• Fun attitude and approachable leadership style.
