Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies in Richmond, BC, is seeking a dynamic Store/Retail/Counter Manager to lead and develop our team of Sales Associates, drive sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced prestige beauty environment.

You will recruit and coach staff, plan in-store events, manage operations, schedule shifts, and analyze performance while upholding brand standards across our cosmetics, skincare and fragrance lines.

Qualifications

• Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within cosmetics.
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous business planning experience including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling.
• Previous retail operations experience including inventory and facilities management and cash reconciliation.
• Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Experience of creating and executing in-store events.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
• Execute agile business plans to recruit and retain customers through events and CRM.
• Manage staff scheduling and floor coverage to optimize performance.
• Plan and deliver in-store events and promotions that drive traffic and sales.
