The Opportunity:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Store Leader/Manager to lead the team at our Barrie store, located at: 660 Bayview Dr Units 10 & 11, Barrie, ON

What You’ll Do as Store Leader:

• Lead the Team: Train, coach, and support a team of up to 15 team members to reach and exceed sales goals.
• Be the Go-To for Customers: Make sure every customer feels welcome and supported by providing great service, managing exchanges or refunds, and resolving any escalations with a positive and professional attitude.
• Keep Things Looking Great: Help with merchandising, ensure the store is clean, welcoming, and organized, and create an inviting space for customers and staff.
• Manage Inventory: Keep the right amount of stock on hand by overseeing inventory levels, ensuring accurate receiving processes, and verifying quantities are correct.
• Close Up Shop: Handle end-of-day tasks like securing the store, balancing registers, and completing bank deposits.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Experience: 2 or more years in a retail management role.
• Team Player: You’re great at working on your own but thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
• Tech Skills: You’re comfortable with computers and know your way around point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Customer-First Attitude: You genuinely care about creating an amazing experience for every customer.
