We are looking for someone who is passionate about fashion and management to lead our St-Hyacinthe store.

Your role will include:

  • Leading the team to maximize sales and build lasting relationships with our customers;

  • Optimizing visual merchandising to provide an exceptional shopping experience;

  • Managing inventory to prevent losses;

  • Overseeing daily team performance while supporting professional development;

  • Creating team schedules and managing time effectively.

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum of one year of experience in team management, sales, or retail leadership;

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Human-focused leadership skills and the ability to motivate teams;

  • Excellent organizational and priority management abilities;

  • Passion for and knowledge of fashion;

  • Ability to read and interpret sales data;

  • Proficiency with computer tools and POS/inventory management software (an asset).
