A leading company in retail is seeking a Store Manager to oversee operations, ensuring excellent guest services and profitability. Hourly Rate: $22.25 - $22.50 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.

The Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. They oversee and are accountable for the operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses, shrinkage, human resources management, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control, in adherence with all company policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements: The minimum age requirement for a Store Manager is 21. Prior retail management experience is required.
Physical Demands: The job requires standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours.
