Job Title: Store Manager - Spencer's

Location: Coquitlam, BC, British Columbia (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Hourly Rate: $24.65 - $24.90 per hour (dependent upon qualifications and experience)

Job Requirements:

• Establish and maintain Guest Services
• Oversee and be accountable for the operation of the store
• Ensure maximum sales and profitability through controlling expenses, shrinkage, and human resources management
• Manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures
• Minimum age requirement: 21
• Physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Prior retail management experience is required
