As a Store Manager, reporting to the District Manager, you will lead the store environment to foster inclusivity and connect with diverse customers. Your responsibilities include driving sales and profit goals, recruiting, managing performance, and staff development. Adaptability to various situations and schedules is essential for success.

Day in the life (What you will do):

  • Achieve store objectives and KPI targets
  • Manage operations, including policies, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling
  • Recruit, develop, and train sales-focused, customer-oriented staff
  • Model excellent customer service to promote loyalty
  • Implement merchandise strategies and maintain an inviting store environment
  • Maintain open communication with the District Manager

Who you are (What you will bring):

  • At least 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-focused retail environment
  • Proven success in leading teams to meet sales targets
  • High School diploma or GED; post-secondary education is a plus
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while delivering excellent customer service
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
