Job Description
As a Store Manager, reporting to the District Manager, you will lead an inclusive store environment that fosters diverse customer connections. Your responsibilities include directing and motivating the team to achieve sales and profit goals, recruiting, managing performance, training, and development. Adaptability to various situations, environments, challenges, and schedules is essential for success.

Day in the Life (What You Will Do)

• Ensure store achieves company objectives and KPI targets
• Manage operations by balancing policies, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling
• Recruit, develop, and train top talent focused on sales, customer service, and fashion
• Model excellent customer experience to foster positive connections and loyalty
• Implement merchandise strategies and maintain a clean, inviting store environment
• Maintain open communication with the District Manager

Qualifications

Who you are (What you will bring):

• At least 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-focused retail environment
• Proven success in leading teams to meet sales targets
• High School diploma or GED; post-secondary education is an asset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
