Job description

The manager, with a good sense of organization, is responsible for leading the team to achieve the store's sales objectives, including recruitment, training, and development. Passionate about fashion, he/she will possess a strong knowledge of products and trends. A motivator and communicator, he/she will develop and evaluate the team to maximize their potential and provide excellent customer service. Creative and innovative, he/she will contribute to the visual presentation of the store. With strong leadership skills, he/she will solve problems positively and ensure company procedures and policies are followed.
