Job summary

Kibbi in Toronto, Ontario is seeking a hands-on Operations Lead to direct and optimize daily operations, plan and organize workflows, and supervise staff and volunteers.

You will evaluate daily performance, recruit and conduct performance reviews, and develop marketing strategies to respond to consumer demand and competitive trends. This permanent, full-time role offers 30-40 hours weekly, free parking, and English as the work language.

Qualifications

• College/CEGEP education required.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience.
• Experience in daily operations management preferred.
