Job summary

Pet Valu in Niagara Region, Ontario, is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations in our busy pet shop. You will plan and organize activities, supervise staff, and ensure timely, high‑quality customer service.

Responsibilities include recruiting and training 3–4 staff, managing budgets, implementing pricing policies and marketing strategies, stocking merchandise, and resolving customer requests. Excellent communication, adaptability and accountability are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail management or similar role.
