Purified Water Store in Port Coquitlam area is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure efficient service and profitability. You will plan, organize, and continually improve store performance while implementing pricing and merchandise policies.

Ideal candidates hold a College/CEGEP and have 2–3 years of leadership experience in retail or operations, with 35–40 hour weeks, and early morning shifts. English language workplace.

• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
• Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers.
• Oversee payroll administration.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Supervise 5-10 staff.
