Responsibilities

2. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote products and increase store visibility.
3. Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing for merchandise.
4. Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock levels are maintained and products are displayed effectively.
5. Train, mentor, and evaluate staff performance, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and growth.
6. Utilize time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced retail setting.
7. Maintain organizational standards within the store, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
8. Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Experience

1. Proven experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred.
2. Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management.
3. Excellent negotiation and selling skills to drive sales performance.
4. Proficiency in time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
5. Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customer bases.
6. Familiarity with market trends and consumer behavior to effectively position products.
