What You’ll Do:

As Store Manager, you’ll lead and motivate a dynamic team while ensuring exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include:

1. Leading the store team to deliver outstanding service that reflects our brand values
2. Managing day-to-day operations including staffing, scheduling, and performance management
3. Driving sales and achieving KPIs in a high-volume retail environment
4. Coaching and mentoring staff with regular feedback and performance reviews
5. Planning and executing store merchandising and in-store events
6. Managing inventory levels and visual merchandising standards
7. Upholding store policies and ensuring compliance with company procedures
8. Participating in team meetings, webinars, and leadership training
9. Creating a positive, energetic store culture that reflects the East Coast lifestyle

What We’re Looking For:

1. 2-5 years of experience in retail management or a leadership role in a customer-focused environment
2. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
3. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
4. Passion for retail and a customer-first mindset
5. Ability to coach and develop a team
6. Visual merchandising experience is a plus
7. Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours when needed
