We are looking for a skilled and driven Gas Station Manager to lead our team and help us continue to serve Grand Bend with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of gas station, convenience store, car wash, and vape store operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.
  2. Maintain clean, safe, and fully operational facilities that reflect pride in our service to the community.
  3. Leadership and Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of dedicated employees. Create work schedules and manage staffing to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
  4. Customer Service: Ensure every customer has a positive experience by fostering a friendly, helpful, and respectful atmosphere. Handle customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  5. Financial Management: Monitor sales, control inventory, and manage cash handling procedures with accuracy. Prepare regular financial reports and meet sales targets through strategic planning and teamwork.
  6. Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular inspections and address any issues to maintain safety and compliance.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience and Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of management experience in retail, hospitality, or gas station operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Proficient in inventory management and point-of-sale systems.
  • Familiarity with financial management, including budgeting and cash handling.
  • Personal Attributes: Friendly and approachable with a customer-first attitude.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Resides locally or has a strong connection to the Grand Bend area (preferred).
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
