We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team and ensure smooth store operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a passion for retail sales, and the ability to supervise staff, manage inventory, and drive sales.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily store operations, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
2. Recruit, train, and supervise staff to foster a positive work environment.
3. Manage inventory, including buying and pricing strategies.
4. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
