Job description

As a Store Manager, you will report to the District Manager and lead a store environment that fosters inclusivity and diverse customers. You will be responsible for directing and leading the team to achieve store objectives, including sales and profit goals, recruiting, performance management, training, and development. Your ability to adapt to various situations, environmental challenges, job duties, and work schedules will be crucial to your success.

Day In The Life

  • Drive daily performance by aligning your team to store goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead an operationally sound business by balancing company policies, procedures, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling.
  • Recruit, manage, develop, and train top talent who are sales, customer, and fashion-focused.
  • Set the example for customer experience and ensure the team provides a shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and loyalty.
  • Implement merchandise strategies while maintaining a clean, consistent, and inviting store environment that inspires customers to shop.
  • Maintain an effective and open line of communication with the District Manager.

Qualifications

  • 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-focused retail environment.
  • Skilled at managing multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapts seamlessly to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Additional Information

Salary: $55,000 - $61,000 (Salary may be greater based on relevant experience)
