We’re looking for candidates with:

  • At least 3 years of retail or customer service management experience
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • An entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity
  • Minimum High School diploma or GED
Requirements

  • Ability to work full-time, including variable hours such as early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays (often exceeding 40 hours/week)
