Position: Store Manager

Reports To: District Manager

Reporting To This Position: Assistant Store Manager, Jewelry Consultant, Sales Support, Inventory Control

Summary: Lead store operations to achieve sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and team development. Foster a People First environment promoting diversity, inclusion, and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate performance expectations and coach staff.
  • Drive sales and develop strategies for growth.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve issues.
  • Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop team members.
  • Maintain store compliance and cleanliness.
  • Schedule shifts to maximize coverage and sales during peak and off-peak periods.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years college preferred.
  • 3+ years retail sales experience or 2 years retail sales + 1 year management.
  • Jewellery or specialty retail experience preferred.
  • Diamond Council of America (DCA) certification advantageous.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.

Physical Demands: Ability to stand, reach, lift up to 10 lbs, and perform visual inspections. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and travel as needed.
