Position: Store Manager

Reports To: District Manager
Reporting to this Position: Assistant Store Manager, Jewelry Consultant, Sales Support, and Inventory Control

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead store operations to meet sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and inventory goals.
  2. Promote a People First environment emphasizing diversity, inclusion, and customer relationships.
  3. Communicate performance expectations and coach staff to uphold brand standards.
  4. Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues proactively.
  5. Develop strategies to attain sales targets and analyze operational reports for improvements.
  6. Manage talent recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and development.
  7. Foster a positive, respectful work environment aligned with DEI principles.
  8. Maintain store appearance, compliance, and financial controls.
  9. Schedule staff shifts to optimize store coverage and sales during peak and non-peak times.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of college preferred.
  • At least 3 years retail sales experience or 2 years sales plus 1 year management.
  • Jewelry or specialty retail experience preferred; DCA certification is a plus.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and related technology.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
Physical Demands & Work Schedule:

Must be able to stand, reach, sit, and lift up to 10 pounds. Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, holidays, and extended hours during peak periods.
